Certificate II in Active Volunteering
This qualification reflects the role of entry level volunteer workers. At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.
This qualification may be used as a pathway for workforce entry. Organisations may require volunteers to undergo relevant background checks.
This qualification requires at least 20 hours of volunteer work and a total of seven units:
- 4 core units
- 3 elective units, consisting of up to 3 units from the electives listed below, any endorsed Training Packages or accredited course as long as they contribute to a valid, industry-supported occupational outcome.
